As a mixed-media artist, I am often creating tools and techniques, which is why I am inspired by the wide range of exploration happening within the practices of these artists. Do you have a favorite part of the new display? I think the cars’ colorful irreverence really captures a special quality of Texas. SP & TB: In previous years, work for the train set had to be shuttled between our homes, a temporary lab, and an off-site storage warehouse.
