Thanks to the generosity of our community, nearly one million people experience the wonder of art at the MFAH each year—and more than 30 percent of them enter for free. Your generosity brings art education to some 150,000 students and visitors annually, whether on the Museum campus, through community programs, or online. With 90 percent of the MFAH audience based in Greater Houston, your support helps ensure that the Museum remains a vital, welcoming cultural home for all.

Glassell
The Glassell School Annual Fund is the cornerstone of support for the school and allows the MFAH to continue serving as a vital hub of artistic instruction.
Bayou Bend
Gifts to the Bayou Bend Annual Fund support Bayou Bend’s most essential needs—notably, maintenance of the former home of Ima Hogg and preservation of the gardens.
Rienzi
The Rienzi Annual Fund supports the activities of the MFAH house museum for European decorative arts and former home of Carroll Sterling Masterson and Harris Masterson III.

Volunteer
Each year, more than 1,000 people contribute to the cultural vibrancy of this great city by donating their time to the MFAH. People of different backgrounds, from students to retirees, help the Museum meet its goal of bringing art into the lives of people throughout Houston’s communities. At the MFAH, volunteer opportunities encompass various abilities and interests.
