Art Encounters | Beat of the Drum

November 9, 2023

Looking for a unique experience? Drop-in Art Encounters, led by artists and inspired by art at the MFAH, focus on creating community in new ways. How you participate is up to you! Take an active role, or simply observe. Supplies are provided.

The inspiration for this Art Encounters session is the Hopi culture’s Drum and Drumstick. You are invited to work with multi-disciplinary artist Ursula Andreeff to make drums from recycled materials.
