Fellini 100

(Otto e mezzo)
Directed by Federico Fellini
(Italy/France, 1963, Digital restoration, in Italian, English, French, and German with English subtitles)

A filmmaker (Marcello Mastroianni)—torn between his mistress (Sandra Milo) and his wife (Anouk Aimée), and lacking inspiration for his next picture—escapes into childhood memories and sexual fantasies. Interweaving reality, memory, and dreams, Federico Fellinis won the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film and has influenced generations of moviemakers.
