Virtual Series | Fascinating Finds

August 15, 22 & 29, 2023

Over three evenings, expert speakers shine the spotlight on new works of art in the Bayou Bend Collection. Each fascinating find tells an interesting story about the world in which it was made.

A pewter flagon reveals the journey of the artist who created it; two works of embroidery provide insight into the education of American women; and a silver goblet commemorates the heroics of a Galveston citizen who assisted a fire brigade.
