Food! Texas! Travel! Join us for an online conversation about Truly Texas Mexican, a new documentary that traces the indigenous food heritage of the Texas–Mexico borderlands. MFAH Films curator Marian Luntz hosts this members-only roundtable with award-winning chef and filmmaker Adán Medrano. They discuss Mexican cuisine in Texas and the art of moviemaking with author Oscar Cásares and the film’s producer, Virginia Díaz.
