Finntastic!

Alma Pöysti stars in this award-winning biopic, a captivating drama about iconic Finnish artist Tove Jansson (1913–2001), who defied the bourgeois norms of postwar Europe to live a life of artistic and sexual freedom. Jansson gained international fame with the creation of the Moomins, a family of fairy-tale characters that continue to delight people around the world.

Pöysti also stars in Fallen Leaves, screening on December 29, 30, and 31.
