Concert | ROCO Connections “Sight and Sound”

The MFAH and the ROCO music ensemble invite you to “Sight and Sound,” a unique evening of art and music. Enjoy chamber music curated by and featuring ROCO violinist Eva Burmeister and pianist Audrey Andrist, paired with works of art from the MFAH collections.

This concert is free with admission. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis Lynn Wyatt Theater. On Thursdays, the Museum is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

About the Artists
Violinst Eva Burmeister has performed around the world as a recitalist, chamber musician, and orchestral musician. She is a member of ROCO in Houston and Lincoln Center’s Mostly Mozart Festival Orchestra in New York City. For 10 years, she was a member of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.

Audrey Andrist, who performs on piano and celesta, has also appeared around the globe. Among the many prestigious venues in North America are the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC; Place des Arts in Montreal; the Ravinia Festival in Chicago; and Alice Tully Hall in New York.
