This October, the Glassell Studio School offers a cultural trip to explore Oaxaca, Mexico, for a week. Learn about the study-abroad course during this information session led by Patrick Palmer, dean of the Studio School; and Valentina Atkinson, owner of Serrano Gallery.
About the Study Abroad Course
The Culinary & Cultural Tour of Oaxaca, Mexico is an immersive, week-long trip. The course provides an unparalleled opportunity to delve into Oaxacan cuisine and artistry through cooking classes, street-food tours, demonstrations by local artists, and visits to the studios of contemporary Oaxacan artists. Choose from two sessions during the fall 2024 semester: October 7–11 and October 14–18. Tuition is $3,500 (with an installment option available for payment). See more in the course catalog.
