Members Preview Curatorial Lecture | Golden Worlds: The Portable Universe of Indigenous Colombia
MFAH members are invited to an exclusive lecture about Golden Worlds: The Portable Universe of Indigenous Colombia.
Rex Koontz, consulting curator for art of the Indigenous Americas, offers an overview of this exhibition comprising a diversity of ancient textiles, gold objects, and ceramic figures. Golden Worlds looks at ancient Colombian art in a new way, opening a cultural dialogue that spans space and time.
Plan Your Visit The lecture takes place in Brown Auditorium Theater on the lower level of the Law Building, and the exhibition is on the upper level. The nearest Museum entries are through the Beck Building and Kinder Building.
