Poetry Performance | Iconoclast Artists “They Say”

May 16, 2024
Celebrate the launch of two publications—They Say (Volume 7) and Ellos Dicen (Volume 4)—with Iconoclast Artists, and hear from the participating students as they share their stories.

At this annual event, student poets in the Iconoclast Artists creative writing and arts program perform inspiring selections from the anthologies. They Say is a night of wonder, joy, and celebration that centers around student lives and student stories.

About the Program
Iconoclast Artists engages with at-risk students to create resilient, empowered, and collaborative individuals. The program is committed to creating learning environments of equitable access that also provide economic and social stability. Iconoclast Artists releases poetry anthologies by their teenage students annually. As published authors, the talented students have the opportunity for their voices to be heard by a diverse community while raising funds for scholarships through donations for the anthologies and other Iconoclast products.
