    May 6, 2022 - Max Emden, a Swiss citizen and resident, initiated the voluntary sale of our painting, for which he was paid his asking price. The decision affirms our good title. As fall approaches with colder weather, and leaves begin to change color, I imagine many us will want to wrap up in our own quilts at home.
