SC: The dynamic, changing environment of the MFAH is invigorating, and I love sharing that experience with visitors, but what I love the most is when students leave excited about bringing their families back to visit. SC: I was looking for a permanent volunteer position, as there were fewer opportunities for me to help in my children's classrooms as they got older.

The fall 2020 semester offers an exciting slate of 2D and 3D courses for adults, from painting and ceramics to assemblage and jewelry making. Register for fall classes at the Glassell School of Art. Choose from socially distanced in-studio courses, or opt for virtual classes online. You can also enhance your arts education with art-history classes.
