BLOCK XXV: The Magic Hour
Plan Your Visit Admission is free. The exhibition is located in Levant Foundation Gallery at the Glassell School of Art. Participants meet every Friday for seminar and critique with a variety of art professionals to collectively examine their practice and its place in our changing world. We adjust our eyes and ask the stories to transform, to grow legs and become tangible beings that live among us. Founded in 2014, BLOCK is a program for advanced students offered by the Glassell Studio School.

Photography and the Photobook: A Conversation with Bea Nettles

The Museum’s Hirsch Library recently acquired more than 50 photographically illustrated books from Nettles. The acquisition brings to the MFAH a particularly rich collection associated with this singular photographer.
