Asif Shaikh, one of India’s most accomplished embroidery and textile artists, presents different samples, textiles, tools, and materials used for embroidery by master artisans at his studio in Ahmedabad.

    Join for a fruitful conversation filled with insights into Gego’s practice and influence, as well as the ways in which Gego’s art has been variously interpreted over the past few decades.
