Closing Reception | “Patterns of Liberation”
Plan Your Visit Admission is free. The reception and the exhibition are in Bucher Gallery on Level 2 of the Glassell School of Art. This exhibition marks the culmination of a year-long residency at the Glassell School of Art for members of the Jubilee Quilt Circle, a program of the Community Artists’ Collective. The quilts created for the exhibition honor the intricate network of people who deployed textile designs as a tool of communication directing pathways to freedom on the Underground Railroad.
