    Drawing upon traditions within religious architecture, Amighi explores the primacy of hybridity in her structures while using light to activate our sense of the sacred.   Amighi’s large-scale sculptural work, 99 Names, is on view in the Hossein Afshar Galleries for Art of the Islamic Worlds.
