Members of the Jubilee Quilt Circle, a program of the Community Artists' Collective, present an exhibition to mark the culmination of their second year in the Quilters in Residence program at the Glassell School of Art. In Living Color celebrates the rich interplay of color, hue, tone, and value in each quilter's individual style and artistic voice. Through shape, form, and symbol, these works invite viewers to discover deeper meaning within both contemporary and classical quilt designs and patterns.

 

Participating artists include Leslie Abrams, Patricia Chandler, Alyce Coffey, April M. Frazier, Patricia “Lady Trish” Henderson, Sakeenah Mubashshir, Hastle Murray, and Daniel “Bubba” Williams.
