Workshops & Group Art-Making
Workshops and group art-making activities at the MFAH offer hands-on learning experiences for adults and families. For a lively, collaborative art experience with a focus on creating community, drop in for Art Encounters, where area artists lead you in experimenting with different materials.

Wellness Programs
On selected Sunday mornings, instructors from FitMix Communities lead bilingual Yoga and Zumba sessions (English and Spanish) in the Cullen Sculpture Garden. Every fourth Sunday morning of the month, visitors can experience guided meditation led by the Black Man Project and the Black Woman Project on the PNC Roof Garden at the Glassell School of Art.
