Wellness Programs at the MFAH

The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, is proud to partner with MD Anderson Cancer Center as the presenting sponsor of Wellness Programs at the MFAH. The Museum’s wellness programming focuses on forging connections between art, mindfulness, fitness, nutrition, and living a balanced, healthful lifestyle.

Through the lecture series “Health & Wellness Presented by MD Anderson Cancer Center,” healthcare professionals and Museum staff collaborate to provide unique opportunities for visitors to reflect on health and well-being while experiencing art in new ways.

Fitness at the MFAH offerings include “MFAH on the Move,” a series of bimonthly virtual fitness classes that encourage guests of all ages to get moving, no matter their experience level.

Rienzi, the MFAH house museum for European decorative arts, offers Yoga at Rienzi in the spring and fall.

All programs are free and open to the public. Check for schedules and details.
