In this hands-on workshop geared toward older adults, participants learn new ways to upcycle old denim jeans into useful garments and accessories, such as purses and shop aprons. The workshop is led by Hastle D. Murray, a Glassell artist-in-residence and member of the Jubilee Quilt Circle. Although it is not required, attendees are welcome to bring and work with their own old denim.
