English-born, Mexican citizen Trisha Ziff lives and works in Mexico City and studied fine art at London’s Goldsmiths College. She then established a community photography collective in Derry, North of Ireland in 1981: Camerawork Derry. Ziff has curated exhibitions in the United States, Mexico, England, and Ireland; is a Guggenheim Scholar; and has directed seven award-winning documentary features, including The Mexican Suitcase (2010), The Man Who Saw Too Much (2015), Witkin & Witkin (2017), Oaxacalifornia the Return (2019), and Gerry Adams: A Ballymurphy Man (2025).
