The Museum is pleased to participate in the international celebration of talented German filmmaker Wim Wenders (born 1945), taking advantage of new digital restorations. Wenders earned an international reputation as a cofounder of the New German Cinema movement in the 1970s, and his remarkable filmography since then includes award-winning features and documentaries. His classic Road Trilogy screens in February.
