Celebrate the opening of the exhibitions BLOCK 10: Celebrating a Decade of the BLOCK Program and BLOCK XXV: The Magic Hour at the Glassell School of Art. These exhibitions mark 10 years of the Glassell School of Art’s BLOCK program, a unique one-to-two-year intensive that offers advanced Studio School students the opportunity to transition from the classroom into a rigorous, peer-driven studio community. Selected through a competitive application process, participants develop a sustainable studio practice through weekly seminars, readings, and critiques with visiting artists, curators, and writers.
