Families are invited to join a teaching artist for an afternoon in the galleries and the studio. Explore and learn about a work of art, and then create your own masterpiece. Using high-quality materials and tools provides the opportunity to better understand artists’ techniques. Recommended for families with children ages 5 to 12.

  • $10 per person* | Capacity is limited.
    *Museum admission is required in addition to the Family Art-Making Studio ticket. Admission is free for MFAH members and ages 12 & younger. Get advance Museum tickets.
