Presented in conjunction with the Hirsch Library exhibition “Sing a Song of Achievement”: A History of the Limited Editions Club Publications

Joel Pelanne, technical services librarian and exhibition coordinator, details the history and development of American fine press publisher the Limited Editions Club through representative publications from across its decades of operation. The club, founded in 1929, paired works of literature with illustrations by noted artists utilizing various printing and photographic processes and underwent several changes and evolutions across its storied existence.
