This edition of Rienzi’s annual Cultural Conversation focuses on the exhibition Midcentury Menu: Dining in the Atomic Age. Writer Katharine Shilcutt talks with associate curator Misty Flores. In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, they discuss Latino contributions to Houston’s midcentury food landscape.
