In the ongoing “Conversations with the Director” series, Gary Tinterow, Director and Margaret Alkek Williams Chair of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, engages an eclectic roster of guests in conversations about the arts.
This edition of the conversations series with Gary Tinterow celebrates the opening of the exhibition Picasso–Klee–Matisse: Masterpieces from the Museum Berggruen. Nicolas Berggruen and John Berggruen talk about their father, renowned gallerist and collector Heinz Berggruen. The exhibition, making its U.S. debut, explores Heinz Berggruen’s close relationships with the artistic community of postwar Paris and beyond, through works by Pablo Picasso, Paul Klee, Henri Matisse, and other modern masters.

- This program takes place in Brown Auditorium Theater in the Law Building. The theater doors open at 5:30 pm.
- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. No late seating. Any empty seats are released five minutes before start time to a standby line. Holding seats is not allowed.
