Drop-in Tour | “Kehinde Wiley: An Archaeology of Silence”


2023–2024

Take a guided tour of the exhibition Kehinde Wiley: An Archaeology of Silence, which showcases American artist Kehinde Wiley’s new, monumental body of work depicting young Black men and women in positions of vulnerability. This exhibition is an opportunity for Houstonians to understand the story of survival and resilience behind the large-scale paintings and sculptures.

These tours, led by exhibition graduate fellows, are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, capped at 25 guests.  Audio guides are available at all times at the exhibition entrance for self-guided experiences.
