Recently divorced, 72-year-old Violeta (Eugenia Chaverri) lives in her beautiful childhood home in San Jose, Costa Rica. To earn an income, she places an ad for a roommate. When her swimming instructor shows up at her door, a deep and fruitful friendship begins. Violeta discovers that her ex-husband borrowed against her home and the bank is about to foreclose.
