Experience thousands of years of Chinese tea culture! Witness two different tea ceremonies, led by the tea master from Ten Yen Tea & Herbs, demonstrating both wet and dry pour techniques. Taste and enjoy the traditional flavors of the purest loose leaf and herbal teas, sourced directly from Asian tea farms.

Inspired by the exhibition Emperors’ Treasures: Chinese Art from the National Palace Museum, Taipei, this program explores the artistry and history behind tea making. Learn about the origin of tea, how it’s made, and how to create the complex flavors and aromas so characteristic of Chinese tea culture. Meet on the mezzanine level of the Beck Building for this event.
