Saturday Sketching in the Galleries


On selected Saturdays, families with children ages 12 and older are invited to explore and practice sketching techniques in the galleries. The art on view provides the perfect inspiration, and a teaching artist leads the way.

$10 per person* | Open to ages 12 & older
*Museum admission is required in addition to the Saturday Sketching ticket. Admission is free for MFAH members and ages 12 & younger. Get advance admission tickets here.

Meet in the lobby of the Beck Building. All the art materials and supplies you need are provided, and you can take them home to continue practicing.
