About Kimono Zulu
This Houston-based fashion brand draws upon the rich history of traditional Japanese attire, and its influence on other cultures. Through collaborations, owner Tina Zulu encourages artists to incorporate their design sensibilities to bring new life to vintage kimonos in a thoughtful, beautiful, and often playful way. The reimagined kimonos are embellished and modernized to be enjoyed as unique pieces of wearable art. Collaborators include GONZO247, Janavi M.
