Each spring, the Glassell Junior School awards scholarships through an outdoor sketching competition. Students ages 10 to 12 on September 1, 2019, are eligible to participate this year. Winners receive a scholarship for a 1.5-hour class beginning with the fall 2019 semester. Upon successful completion of the fall semester, the scholarship continues through the spring of 2020.

All supplies are furnished. Participants sketch the surrounding area under the supervision of Junior School faculty and volunteers. Students may sketch until 12 noon, at which time their drawings are collected. Please note: All drawings become the property of the school and are not returned to the students.
