Escape from Mogadishu (Mogadisyu)
Directed by Seung-wan Ryoo
(South Korea, 2021, Digital, in Korean with English subtitles)

As civil war rages in Somalia, rival North and South Korean diplomats are left trapped. With no aid from either government, their best chance for survival may depend on a perilous escape. Korea’s submission for the Best International Feature nomination at the 2022 Academy Awards, Escape from Mogadishu is based on a dramatic true story.
