Just announced! All seats in the auditorium are sold out, but tickets are available—on a limited basis—for viewing a live satellite projection of the program. Guests will watch the conversation from a gathering space in the Museum’s Upper Brown Pavilion, on the second floor of the Law Building.

Tickets for the viewing are $15 each. Price also includes private access to view the exhibition Picasso Black and White from 5 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. and a reception after the program.

Purchase satellite-viewing tickets online, and use your own printer; or purchase by phone at 713.639.7771. Capacity is extremely limited; tickets available on a first-come, first-served basis only.

"Conversations with the Director" is a new series in which Gary Tinterow, director of the MFAH, engages in one-on-one conversations with an eclectic mix of cultural figures about the arts.

The series launches with renowned artist Jeff Koons, who shares his enduring fascination with Pablo Picasso, in the context of the exhibition Picasso Black and White.
