As you work with the group on a large printing plate, the outcome of each print changes slightly throughout the duration of the event. The plate is printed repeatedly during the evening to capture the progression of the collaborative design. See how each print transforms with new marks, and how the prints relate to Johns’s famous sketchbook note: “Take an object. Do something to it. Do something else to it.”
Drop in! This program is free. On Thursdays, Museum general admission is free, courtesy of Shell Oil Company.
