A Summer Studio Art Course for Teachers

Monday–Friday, August 5–9, 2013
9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This week-long course focuses on the development of personal studio skills balanced by the investigation of art activities for the classroom. Participants explore 2-D and 3-D assignments, new media, and ways to use works of art at the MFAH as inspiration in the art room. All classes are held at the Glassell Studio School and in the MFAH galleries.
 
This course provides 25 continuing-education credit hours.
