In this irreverent 1978 comedy that won the Academy Award for best foreign-language film, director Bertrand Blier once again pairs Gérard Depardieu and Patrick Dewaere, this time focused on one woman. Determined to make Solange (Carole Lauer), his sexually frustrated wife, happy, Raoul (Depardieu) goes to extraordinary lengths by finding her a lover (Dewaere). Bored with both men, Solange experiences a transformation after meeting a 13-year-old boy genius (Riton Liebman) at the summer camp where the adults are employed as counselors.
