Visual arts teachers are invited to this professional-development workshop examining artistic methods and techniques. Gain inspiration from the MFAH art collections and exhibitions to bring refreshing ideas to your classroom.

 

Two 3-hour sessions focus on the exhibitions Pipilotti Rist: Pixel Forest and Worry Will Vanish and William Kentridge: In Praise of Shadows. All studio and gallery experiences are tailored for teaching grade levels pre-K to 12. This workshop provides 6 hours of continuing professional education (CPE). Museum admission, exhibition tickets, parking, and lunch are included.
