Look, discover, and create during Spring Break week at the MFAH. Families can have fun together at Storytime programs, Sketching in the Galleries, investigating works of art, creating art in the studio, and checking out self-guide activities—such as MFAH Family Packs.
From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., visit the Open Studio and let your creativity soar. Choose from a variety of materials to make your own work of art, inspired by your imagination and what you have seen in the museum.
Anytime the museum is open, visit the Kinder Foundation Education Center (KFEC) to check out self-guide resources that encourage creativity, spark discussions, and make works of art come alive. Families can check out MFAH Family Packs and "A Book and A Look" activities, as well as pick up a family cell-phone guide. All of these resources are free with admission.
