Performance: SYNERGY

Thursday, Jun 20, 2013
6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Law Building, Lower Level
1001 Bissonnet Map & Directions

SYNERGY, a performance featuring artists of different abilities, celebrates the richness of diversity. Musicians and dancers interpret music and choreography while interacting with art projected onstage.

This cooperative performance is set to the fifth string quartet of Philip Glass and to Steve Reich’s “Clapping Music.” It also includes improvisations and original compositions by the performers. SYNERGY serves as a prelude to the new MFAH exhibition Intersecting Modernities: Latin American Art from The Brillembourg Capriles Collection.

SYNERGY is brought to the MFAH by the SaludArte Foundation.
