Members Preview | Alberto Giacometti: Toward the Ultimate Figure

MFAH members are invited to enjoy early access to Alberto Giacometti: Toward the Ultimate Figure before the exhibition opens to the public on November 13.

Highlighting Alberto Giacometti’s major achievements of the postwar years (1945–66), this ensemble of masterpieces explores the artist’s creative process. His iconic work reasserted the validity of representing the figure at a time when abstract art had grown dominant in the international art world.
