 "One World. One Week. One Festival." During the week of September 27 to October 6, more than 100,000 people in some 300 cities across six continents gather in various venues to view and vote for the winner of the annual Manhattan Short Film Festival. The festival is a celebration of international short film that occurs simultaneously across the globe, allowing audiences to select their favorites.
