Little Art Adventures is a 30-minute program designed for children ages 3 to 5 and their adult companions. The experience includes a storybook circle, creative shape and color play, the creation of a simple art project, and an "In Search of . . ." activity sheet that families can use in the galleries together.

This program is held on selected Fridays throughout the year.

November Topic
Koloman Moser: Designing Modern Vienna, 1897–1907

Inspiration comes from Koloman Moser’s Armchair, which was designed with precise geometric style and a black-and-white grid pattern. Listen to the storybook Peter's Chair by Ezra Jack Keats and discover how families share and make room for younger siblings. For the art project, explore how artists can add patterns and color while creating your very own chair. Families are invited into the gallery for a brief looking activity lead by an educator in front of the work of art studied.
