Bring your family and friends! Please join the MFAH in honoring 25 secondary students from Houston’s Ismaili Muslim community who created the works of art in the KFEC exhibition My Gift to the World.

Each student chose a work in the 2011 MFAH exhibition Gifts of the Sultan: The Arts of Giving at the Islamic Courts as the inspiration for responding to the question, "As a Muslim living in America, what gift would you give to represent yourself and your faith to the world?"

Come and see these gifts to the world. The celebration takes place in the KFEC Gallery, located in the Kinder Foundation Education Center. At 2 p.m. you are invited to A Conversation about  Muslim Cultures Today with Amyn Sajoo in Brown Auditorium Theater, followed by a reception and book signing. These events are open to the public and free with general museum admission.
