Look to the MFAH for good books and great conversations! The two MFAH house museums host a discussion series about books on life in America and Europe in the 1700s and 1800s. Meeting alternately at Rienzi and Bayou Bend, this book club offers free discussions every other month.

November’s selection, Inheritance: The Story of Knole and the Sackvilles, chronicles the life of the Sackville family and their famous country estate, Knole.
