Early Music Southwest, an international collaboration of baroque-music professionals, performs recitals at Rienzi throughout the year. EMSW specializes in chamber music of the 17th and 18th centuries on original instruments, perfectly complementing the unique historical environment of Rienzi’s collection.

Early Music Southwest presents "Amsterdam Baroque," a performance by the trio of Bert Honig on recorder, Mimi Mitchell on baroque violin, and Christina Edelen on harpsichord. The featured program, Dutch Treat: Music from the Netherlands in the Time of Rembrandt and Rubens, includes selections by Hendrick Anders, Santo Lapis, and J.A.K. Colizzi.

Admission is $20. The recital is followed by a wine and light hors d’oeuvres reception.
Reservations are required. Please call 713.639.7800 for season tickets, or click the "Buy Tickets" icon above for tickets to this recital only.
