Experience The Age of Impressionism: Great French Paintings from the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute in the most intimate way possible—on Monday, when the Museum is closed. Beat the crowds in the final weeks of this spectacular exhibition, which makes its last stop at the MFAH after a grand world tour across nine cities, eight countries, and three continents. See the Clark’s renowned holdings of 19th-century French painting by some of the most important Impressionist artists: Renoir, Degas, Monet, Cassatt, and many others.

Enjoy an enhanced visit when you explore the exhibition in a more-tranquil environment. Monday entry begins at 12 noon, with the last entry at 4:30 p.m. The rest of the Museum is not open.
