One of our current residents at the Dora Maar House, Anne Vilsbøll is a Danish painter, author and curator. While at the Dora Maar House, Vilsbøll continues to work on her series of paintings “Les Doyennes and Les Doyens de Provence,” portraits of people between 80-100 years old. As she searches out, meets and talks with some of the oldest citizens of the village, she returns to Dora Maar full of awe and enthusiasm....
